Returns
Any product containing nicotine are NOT subject to returns. If you have purchased a disposable vape and has a manufacturers defect, it is up to the manufacturer to decide if a replacement will be provided.
For hardware such as starter kits and mods, return policy lasts 7 days from receiving the shipment. If 7 days from receiving the shipment have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately, we can’t offer you a refund or exchange.
To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Products with obvious damaged caused by use, will not be eligible for returns or exchanges.
