Orders and Shipping

Our products are shipped out from either Edmonton or Fort Saskatchewan warehouse.

Orders usually take 2-5 days to arrive, depending on location.

Once an order has been processed, the shipping address cannot be changed. If you made a mistake on an order, please contact us immediately by calling us within business ours.

A tracking number will be provided. You will be able to track your orders via the Canada Post website.

No, we do not keep any credit-card information. All payments are processed by Stripe and/or Paypal payment processor with Industry-leading security.

All sales are subject to Alberta sales tax GST 5%

We currently ship only within Canada

An order with multiple products will be bundled in one package. If multiple packages are required you must make orders separately.

After the arrival of your order, we offer a 15 day manufacturer’s warranty on products that are non-functioning on arrival and/or unused items factory sealed in the manufacturer’s original packaging. 

The return policy applies to certain products. Eligible and non-eligible products will be listed below.

All returns are subject to approval, you must submit your claim by emailing us at contact@fortvapeshop.com or call our store 780 992 9816.

Disposable vapes if auto firing or leaking in package*
Battery chargers.
Unopened coils.

*In rare occasions a disposable vape may be leaking right out of the package or auto firing after the first couple of puffs. If this occurs you must take pictures/videos of the issue and send it to contact@fortvapeshop.com.

Once an item has been picked up by the post office, there is nothing we can do. Please make sure all information is correct.

Once an order has been processed it cannot be cancelled.

All shipping costs of the return must be covered by the customer. In-person returns are allowed.
