Is vaping better than smoking cigarettes?

There are several reasons why vaping is considered to be a healthier alternative to smoking cigarettes:

  4. Fewer odors: E-cigarettes do not produce the strong odor associated with traditional cigarettes, reducing the risk of lingering smells on clothes and in cars and homes.
  5. Can be used indoors. However, it’s important to check local laws and regulations as usage of e-cigarettes may also be restricted in certain areas.

It’s important to note that the long-term effects of vaping are not yet fully understood, and more research is needed in this area. Also, nicotine is still addictive and it is important to have a plan in mind when reducing or quitting vaping.
